Stevensville, Mich. – United Federal Credit Union (United) has appointed Cathy Fechner as branch manager of its Stevensville branch in Michigan, located at 5611 Cleveland Avenue.
As branch manager, Fechner will be responsible for maintaining the performance of the branch, selling products and services, and providing leadership and supervision to staff.
Experienced with developing successful account retention and member satisfaction, Fechner is well-versed in loan applications and credit union products. Fechner brings more than 27 years of experience working with the United Federal Credit Union team, including ten years with Gast Employee Credit Union. She has been a strong member advocate in roles ranging from member service advisor to assistant branch manager and branch manager.
Prior to her new role, Fechner served as assistant branch manager at United’s Stevensville location since 2014.
